The Veruca Stack Giveaway – Official Rules

1. Sponsor
This promotion is sponsored by IWANTITNOW Corp., dba Veruca (“Sponsor”).
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Meta.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of California, age 18 or older, who reside within the Veruca Zone 1 delivery radius.
Employees of IWANTITNOW Corp. dba Veruca and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion begins on the date announced by Veruca on its social media channels and continues until terminated by Sponsor.
Daily drawings occur at approximately 9:00 AM Pacific Time.
4. How to Enter
A. Purchase Entry (Primary Entry Method)
Participants who have placed a completed Veruca order within the previous thirty (30) days may enter by:
• Following @Veruca on Instagram
• Liking the designated giveaway post
Only one entry per person per day is permitted regardless of the number of orders placed.
Eligible orders must be completed and not canceled.
If selected as a potential winner through a purchase entry, the email address or phone number must match a Veruca order placed within the preceding thirty (30) days for verification.
B. Alternate Entry Method (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter without making a purchase, email hello@veruca.com with your name, phone number, and Instagram handle.
Alternate entry submissions receive the same odds of winning as purchase entries.
Limit one alternate entry per person per day.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries.
5. Winner Selection
Each day at approximately 9:00 AM PT, one potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Winner Notification & Claim
Potential winners will be announced on Veruca’s Instagram Stories and tagged when possible.
Due to Instagram platform limitations, private accounts may not be taggable. Participants with private accounts are responsible for monitoring Veruca’s Stories to determine whether their handle appears.
To claim the prize, the selected entrant must reply via Direct Message to the Story announcing the winner between 9:00 AM PT and 5:59 PM PT on the same day.
Sponsor is not responsible for missed notifications due to privacy settings, notification settings, or participant failure to view Story announcements.
If the potential winner does not respond by 5:59 PM PT, the prize is forfeited.
7. The Stack Mechanism
If a prize is not claimed by 5:59 PM PT, the prize will remain in the prize pool and be added to the following day’s giveaway.
As prizes go unclaimed, additional items may be added, causing the prize pool to increase (“stack”) until successfully claimed.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, reset, or discontinue the stacking mechanic at any time.
8. Prizes
Prizes consist of Veruca grocery products or merchandise.
Prize items may be substituted with items of equal or lesser value if unavailable.
Prizes are not transferable and not redeemable for cash.
9. Delivery Requirement
Winners must reside within the Veruca Zone 1 delivery radius in order to receive the prize.
10. Prize Value & Liability Limit
The approximate retail value of prizes may vary depending on the stacking mechanic.
If the prize pool reaches a value Sponsor determines impractical to fulfill, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with products of comparable value.
11. Entry Ownership & Disputes
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address or social media account used to enter.
Sponsor reserves the right to require verification of eligibility before awarding a prize.
12. Publicity
By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and social handle for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
13. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, or violate these rules.
Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time.
14. Privacy
Information collected from entrants may be used in accordance with Veruca’s privacy policy.
